Our first dog „Conan“ - Interchampion Question Rescator was born in 1998. This yellow boy came to our home as a family companion and  made our lives changed forever. It was he who gave us love for this breed.

Kennel Via Brunensis was founded in 2000 by my boyfriend. I decided for my own kennel three years later. I chooced the name Royal Standard after our first black dog Royal Standard Tankaram, whose mother Trendmakers Trasure had been brought from Sweden. Art (as we call  him) broke our hearts and we started to prefer black colour just thanks him. During the year 2001 we bought 3 very promising black Labs and we imported a very nice black boy from the O´Sofinas Kennel in Sweden in January 2002.
Now we live together with 5 males and  4 females. Most of them is offspring of stud dogs from the well-known European kennels (Trendmakers, Winnies, O´Sofinas, Suttonpark, Birchbrook, Tintagel Winds).

You can meet our dogs at the all types of shows holding in the Middle Europe especially. Their show career contents many titles and championships, qualification for Crufts and placing at the World Dog Shows (Amsterdam, Dortmund) and Eurodog Shows (Paris, Bratislava).
They became the most successful black Labradors in the Czech Republic in 2002 and 2003.

We respect the fact Labradors are gundogs and we train them for the Field Trials. Almost all of our dogs have passed a working test, others are getting to be ready for it. You can sometimes meet us at the game birds hunting to let them do what they love so much.
We organize the "training days" for the beginners to show them how to make their young darlings for a working test. These meetings are intended for all retriever races. 

The typical sign of our dogs is their wonderful temperament. Great for work - super for canistherapy. Temperament is a priority of retrievers. We dont like neurotic or nervous dogs - it is not a standard of this breed.

Via Brunensis and Royal Standard are the small hobby kennels breeding for quality, show type, temperament and trainability. Only two or three litters a year. Main focus is the breeding of Labradors witch are a pleasure to live with. Our selective breeding program emphasizes genetic healthy - parents screened for genetic defects. Hips, elbows and eyes are controlled (valid certificates).
We prefer the complete set of teeth.

Just leaving puppies are healthy, vaccinated and wormed, well socialized and so friendly. We always wish to keep a contact with the new owners and help them with puppy care and training also.
